Whilst roaming the lands, the residents of SylBaak Hill; a penguin, an owl, a black cat, a lobster and an egg, discovered a weathered, sun-bleached, but mighty tree. The curious penguin took a bite out of its leaves and found it deliciously sweet, so the other friends followed suit and each took a bite. Suddenly they felt a powerful force emerging within their bodies. This powerful and unknown force led them to the ancient times, an era gods and demons, and they now stood transformed, rendered in Ukiyo-e and medieval Gothic art styles, and thus embarking on a grand adventure through this realm.

In this realm where shadows dance and light whispers, they discovered that the gods, immortals, spirits, demons, ghosts and monsters from Nordic, Greek, Japanese and Chinese mythologies have gathered together, and the tension between them has reached a boiling point; they on the verge of breaking out into an all-out war. The residents of SylBaak Hill adventure through this realm whilst navigating these complex relationships.

Like two sides of a coin, both sides flawed, both seeking dominance. Shuffle the deck and declare your stance: champion the light, embrace the dark, or seek balance. Every hand contemplates ambition, fallibility, and the delicate balance between creation and chaos.
