Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us your order number and return tracking number.  Allow two weeks to process your return . Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and all orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that we can not be held responsible for packages that were confirmed as delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International

International Shipping cost is based on weight and destination calculated at check out.  Customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or any other fees collected by your local government.  Shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. Packages returned for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Orders may take up to 5 days to process.  Transit time is estimated between 2 - 5 weeks depending on location, but could be delayed due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances.  If you have any special instructions for the customs form please make an order note.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
